Whether you’re taking on camp seasonally or year-round, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for campers and staff. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach your team, build strong connections with families, and bring our camp philosophy to life.

Director Roles:

• Senior Assistant Director: Runs camp on-site during breaks with additional off-site support from a year-round director. Ideal for experienced leaders ready to take the next step.
• Seasonal Director: Leads camp during the summer season with hands-on support from a Multi-Site Director, and receives training and preparation in the months leading up to camp.
• Year-Round Director: A full-time, year-round position with extended responsibilities outside of the summer season, including hiring, training, school break programming, and family outreach.
