Steve & Kate’s has been a huge part of my growth as both a leader and an educator. I’ve gone from leading rooms as a counselor to managing entire sites as a seasonal director. I've gained skills in communication, adaptability, and creativity and had opportunities to keep growing within the company. It’s more than a workplace, it’s a community that continues to inspire me year after year.
