Need-Based Financial Aid For Camp

Steve & Kate’s Camp offers limited need-based financial aid to qualifying families based on verification of current income. The income levels necessary for qualification are different by location, due to the variance in cost of living and housing. Once you have been approved for Financial Aid, you can purchase your Passes at the financial aid rate.

Financial Aid Day Passes are awarded for the full calendar year–January – December, are not transferable, and cannot be sold. Any unused Financial Aid Day Passes will be refunded automatically at the end of the camp season.

We take applications and grant financial aid on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be aware that we do sometimes close registration entirely at a site. Financial aid cannot be applied to any location where registration has already closed at the time your application is approved. Additionally, acceptance into the financial aid program does not guarantee future acceptance, and families must apply yearly.

How to Apply:

  1. Log into your Steve & Kate’s account or create one here.
  2. Navigate to the Plans section to find the financial aid application link.

If you have any questions or need support, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!

We can’t wait to see you at camp!
