Steve & Kate's Seattle
· DATES: Jun 19 - Aug 18, 2017
· ADDRESS: Bright Water School, 1501 10th Avenue East, Seattle
I do this for the little moments.
I love what I do. Witnessing a child come into their own, navigating self-guided exploration and play. Witnessing a young person make a mistake, followed by the inevitable ‘a-ha!’ moment. Sharing with a parent that their painfully shy child stood on stage in front of a large crowd and proudly showed off the outfit she made in the Fashion Studio. This is truly what it’s all about for me.
This summer, with the help of staff and campers, I’ve chosen to focus on cultivating a space that feels safe and supportive for every child. With trust and guidance from our families, we will work to create an uplifting environment that is welcoming and fun for one and all! - Angela

Thank you so much for what you do and the way you do it!!! I raved about the consistent, awesome customer service at Steve and Kate's over breakfast this morning, then Noah raved the whole drive to school to our carpool buddy. See you this summer! - Lisa H. (Seattle parent)

Each day at camp, we feature at least one of three show stoppers from our lineup for campers to experience. Directors at each location will decide when and how often to schedule each of these Specials, so feel free to contact your Director to find out what will be scheduled each day.
Slip and Slide - Cool off in style in our inflatable slip and slide. Weather permitting, this will be offered most afternoons. Please bring a swimsuit and towel if your camper would like to participate.
Smart Karts - Get behind the wheel of one of Silicon Valley's latest and greatest inventions: the first electric smart-kart for kids. Campers must wear helmets while driving go-karts. While the camp will provide helmets, we prefer and encourage you to provide your own if you have one and your child would like to participate.
Zorbs - Climb inside of one of our giant 10' inflatable hamster balls and weave your way through an obstacle course as fast as a hamster.
